Whether you have an interest in becoming a yoga teacher, have a desire to deepen your understanding and knowledge of your yoga practice, or want to know exactly what is happening in your body while you are also releasing the mind in meditation or any yoga pose, Samantha and Alexis host Yoga Teacher Training Programs to help you answer these questions.

The program is through Shanti Shanti Yoga School, with your favorite Orange County teachers, who have been registered with Yoga Alliance at the ERYT 200 and ERYT 500 level. Our school is also a registered Yoga Alliance RYS 200. (Soon to be RYS 500!)

Our next training starts January 26th and will go for 15 weeks, ending May 7th.
